Vendor Information
- Set up time for vendors will be: Friday, 10 am to 12 noon; Saturday, 8 am to 10 am.
- All vehicles must park in the lot across from Victoria Hall after unloading. This will allow more access for the public to purchase your items.
- Vendors must remain within their own space and not interfere with their neighbouring vendors.
- No stakes may be used in the park due to the sprinkler system and other underground wires.
- Vendors must respect the cenotaph and not hang anything on or around the cenotaph.
BOOTH:
- Booth locations will be selected by lottery draw by the committee. A quota is applied per category.E.g. jewelry, photography, watercolour, sculpture, woodworking, etc.
- Please bring your own tables, chairs, and self-standing canopy. Booth is removed each day after show. Canopy cannot be left in park after show hours.
- Displays may be set up as you wish. Remember to bring signage and business cards.
- Vendors must have their spaces staffed at all times.
DURING THE EVENT:
- No packing up prior to close of show each day.
- Washrooms are available to vendors at: Contagious Crafts, the Petrolia Library, Petrolia Mercantile & Tea and Eve’s Temptations.
- Collection of provincial sales tax and goods and service tax, where applicable, are the responsibility of the vendor.
- The show organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods or personal injury sustained during the show.
- No smoking allowed at any time.
AFTER THE EVENT:
- All vendors are responsible for their own lot to ensure that it is clean of all litter, etc.
OTHER:
- No refund of space rentals after May 10th, 2009 unless space is subsequently filled.
- Show will run rain or shine.
